HRS水果及蔬菜的無菌處理過程

The market demands a packaging technology that’s more and more similar to natural products.

Traditional forms of packaging such as canning, asepton, drums or frozen goods, are giving way to aseptic packaging, which allows a substancial reduction in steralization time, which in turn means an increase in the retention of nutrients and an increase in flavour while guaranteeing healthy food.

In addition it’s ready to serve because it’s stored at room temperature. All this means, that as well as a higher quality product, there is also a reduction in energy costs both in the processing and filling and in the transport and storage.

These days, ho and catering companies as well as the big food companies that use fruit and vegetables as ingredients for their products, increasingly demand aseptic packaging in 5 kilo forms and above.

These products are aseptically packaged in bags that avoid their oxidation, keeping all their properties and ready for use at any moment.

Not only fruit based products are aseptically processed and packaged; we have products such as pasteurised orange juice, with benefits to health that are basically the same as refrigerated fresh orange juice.

The Cooperative Agraria Naranjera Los Alcores acquired an HRS Spiratube pasteurization and aseptic packaging plant for its orange juice.
